Join us and special guest Kim DeMoss from Project Mindful movement! Kim shares her journey of becoming a yoga instructor while also being a military wife of an active duty husband- and then pursuing her dream and passion of bringing mindfulness to children (and adults) across the globe.
Shannon & Dee met Kim at one of Shannon’s retreats in Florida three years ago and they fell in love with her and her spirit as we are sure you will too!
Kim shares with us during our show her struggles of bringing her dream to life while also juggling mom and wife life. She shares how her house literally almost burned down in order for her to know how she was burning herself up in the process of building and developing her new business.
During our interview with Kim Dee shares her mental anguish of becoming an entrepreneur too and we all talk about how important honoring a schedule is and what are some key take aways of building out and then honoring what is put on a calendar.
I love that what we found during our conversation is that what is even more rewarding than the business itself, is that the struggle of balance, building and then kinda falling apart created self confidence and courage! THAT is the best result of all!
Kim shares her passion with us, the business she built; Project Mindful Movement.
