Welcome to Happy Hour at the ranch– where we are gettin’ shit done! This is where our conversations are as raw and unstructured as your conversations over a drink at your favorite bar or a cup of joe at your favorite cafe. On our podcast we talk about life on the ranch, business, world happenings- which are also the things that buzz around a bar during happy hour. Join myself and my husband Nathan as we chat about all things intended to help each other connect, grow and thrive.

Comparing our lives with others is foolish, but an unfortunate commonality. It is one of the number one ways people make themselves unhappy; comparing their discarded blooper reels to someone else’s highlight reels.   There are a few healthy ways to use comparison as Dee and Shannon review, and some ways to avoid it altogether (or at least to get out of that space).  *Note this podcast had some serious technical difficulties.  This is a journey, and we are so grateful for your gracious hearts as we maneuver technology.
