We are born with only two fears: of falling and of loud noises. As we grow we LEARN up to 14k different fears. From simple ones (darkness, snakes) to the big complicated ones. Join us in this episode as we explore the main three fears that keeps our masks on and the two steps that we can take in order to live without them and experience true love (and true living).
