Welcome to Happy Hour at the ranch– where we are gettin’ shit done! This is where our conversations are as raw and unstructured as your conversations over a drink at your favorite bar or a cup of joe at your favorite cafe. On our podcast we talk about life on the ranch, business, world happenings- which are also the things that buzz around a bar during happy hour. Join myself and my husband Nathan as we chat about all things intended to help each other connect, grow and thrive.

Running the ranch isn’t without challenges. While we do love it, there are days when it can be hard and overwhelming- and it can be easy to get stuck in that headspace.

In this episode, we share how we are learning to respond and stay positive even when things don’t go as planned or when life throws us curveballs. And how we’re learning to balance one another as partners working alongside each other.

We look back at why we built the ranch, why we started this journey, and why it’s all worth it in the end.

  • Enjoying the ride even if things are hard.
  • How we resolve issues that come up at the ranch.
  • Balancing each other as partners (sometimes).
  • Remembering why we started and why we’re doing this.

“I put love in, you've put love in, we've put our heart and soul in building the ranch. And people feel that and that is what this is about, which is so fucking cool.”

“This is what we wanted, this is where we want to be, and this is what we wanted to do. This is like our love child. Everything about this is for our kids, our grandkids, the amazing people that come to the ranch. So that they could feel something different than what the world is offering.”

Another day, another update coming your way! We’re constantly working to make your visit to the ranch an unforgettable one. In this episode, we share with you some of the updates on the ranch including our new accommodations, the animals that we were generously given and, of course, future plans you’re going to love and look out for!

  • Accommodation updates on the ranch
  • The story behind the 1860 house.
  • Animals that are currently in the ranch and the interesting stories on how we got them.
  • New team members at the ranch.
  • Our plans for offering horse yoga.

“Everything we're doing we're learning we're no by no means experts on anything when it comes to the ranch life.”

“In the Yoga From Within Retreat we’re focusing on just turning inward and trying to uncover some things that we ignore to allow people to have space to shake it out and let emotions surface. “
