— Shannon answers your most frequently asked questions, w/ Shannon Jamail
Shannon addresses the most frequently asked questions from guests and social media.
Shannon takes the day to answer the questions that have been asked most commonly either by guests, directly at our ranch or through email or responses to social media, and calls out what kind of questions her audience has.
Let's be honest, not everybody wants to be that immersed in nature. Some of them are tense and so that's not the jam for everyone and all of them.

— Nourishing YOU with guest Suki, w/ Shannon, and Suki.
Shannon and guest Suki have an in-depth discussion on how Suki got started in the retreat world, why her cooking is special, and some points of why retreats are so important.
An Austin native, and Richardson resident, Suki wears many hats and even has a few aliases (some lovingly know her as Jenn). In a former life, she discovered Dallas by way of kitchens dabbling in a variety of cuisines from healthful farm-to-market to upscale restaurants.
At the end of a tough 2020, she found reprieve in her first retreat experience and was inspired to leave the evolving restaurant industry to host others. She is passionate about many things-though hospitality, honest food, and physical well-being top the list. Her hospitality experience combined with over a decade of practicing yoga is the foundation of Four Dimensions. Her goal is to create a sacred space for guests & instructors to come together and explore the Four Dimensions of wellbeing.

“I really started to see a need in this mid lifetime for women and beyond, where women have spent so much time nurturing their families, their jobs, and their aging parents. I felt like there just needed to be some sort of support. I've developed online courses, which I offer now that I coach women through. And I've been able to add retreats, which I really feel like for me is a complete full-circle moment. “
“It's not easy when you start changing because people around you are like they like how you are. And when you start speaking up, it's a little challenging.”
